Complete a Behavioral Assessment

In addition to the Confidential Franchise Agreement, you must fill out the following assessment: www.behavioralessentials.com/ssii

• Upon receiving your application and assessment, we will review the information to determine mutual compatibility and financial stability. Upon approval, you will receive our Franchise Disclosure Document as required.

• Your next step should be to thoroughly review the information contained in the F.D.D. and compile a list of any additional questions you may have.

• At this point we will arrange a personal interview to answer all your inquiries and discuss your possible future as a Sub Station II franchisee.
